Exchange the objective (DESK)

1. Remove the upper and the Lower housing

2. Remove the focus unit

3. Remove the objective

1. Insert the new / other objective; put the removed objective into the objective protector box

2. Mount the focus unit

3. Adjust the objective and focus position

4. Check the condenser position

5. Check / adjust the brightfield illumination with the LUT-Adjustment

6. Check / adjust the scan area

7. If the scan area was modified, execute the preview calibration

8. Scan a tissue or a part of it and check the focus positions and the scan quality

9. Mount the lower housing

10. Mount the upper housing
