Diagnostic Applications

Diagnostic Applications (DAPPS) is a field-of-view-based image analysis platform tailored for rapid, targeted quantification, with automated cell counting for diagnostic workflows. Designed for pathologists, DAPPS offers specialized modules for key biomarkers (Estrogen, Progesterone, HER2, Ki67, GEPNET, and PD-L1), delivering focused insights for complex cases. Its powerful algorithms and manual refinement tools ensure accurate segmentation, even in challenging tissue samples. Integrated with CaseManager, DAPPS enables seamless case organization and collaboration, while on-premise deployment enhances data security and control. With a blend of automation and expert adjustments, DAPPS supports tailored diagnostics, improving efficiency and diagnostic confidence.

The Diagnostic Applications software is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical device designed for image analysis and processing of digital pathology slides. Integrated with CaseManager DX and ClinicalViewer, it enables pathologists to analyze high-resolution images obtained from FFPE tissue specimens and cytology samples, supporting complex diagnostic and therapeutic decisions. Offering tools with various automation levels for precise measurements, it streamlines workflows while ensuring diagnostic accuracy. Intended for trained professionals, it serves as a decision-support tool in clinical practice.
