Attention
Since September 2016 our buildings address has changed; this

If there is any fault or problem please, refer first to the
appropriate chapter of the appropriate description and try to resolve the
problem or fault.

you are unable to resolve the fault, then please contact first

dismount the appropriate unit. The service contacts can be found on our home
page www.3DHISTECH.com also.
Before you call us please prepare by gathering the following
information:

Serial number of the scanner,
ˇ
Installed software version of
SlideScanner.exe
ˇ
Precise fault and symptom description,
ˇ
Actions done until now to resolve the
problem.
3DHISTECH will decide whether the entire unit should be
returned to 3DHISTECH; or 3DHISTECH will send the spare part only and the spare
part should be mounted in the field.

Remark
The Fault sheets' page of the faulty unit may be printed; then fill out
the page and it may be touched to the faulty unit. The fault sheet of the unit
may also help to specify the error or fault more precise.
