Under construction

The 3DHISTECH iSaCS (Immunohistochemistry Staining, automatic Cover slipping and Scanning equipment) is not only a scanner as known from previously developed products by 3DHISTECH; it contains a part of the tissue creating process also. As included in the abbreviation of the name, the equipment is able for

·    Staining

·    Cover slipping and

·    Scanning

                       of samples and specimens automatically.

·      Complex and integrated solution with small footprint

·      Handling of 72 slides more or less simultaneously

·      Thanks the modular construction different tasks are executed concurrent

·      Immunohistochemistry and counterstaining of tissue specimen

·      Application of  stain during staining procedure

·      Application of  mounting medium during cover-slipping

·      Automatic scan of the created specimen in fluorescent (FL) or brightfield (BF) scan mode

·      Automatic scan session is performed in 30 … 120 seconds in brightfield scan mode for 1 specimen.

Slide rack

·    The slides with specimen are inserted manually, face up into the slide container

·    The container is removed or inserted from the right side of the equipment

·    Contains up to 72 slides for 1 creation process session.

·    Important  The slides are not fixed in the bays

Slide tray

The slide transporter hands over the slide into the bay1 of the tray and then the scan process starts.

If the scan procedure of the slide is finished, the transporter takes over the slide from the tray’s bay1 and moves the slide return to its origin place in the slide rack.

·      By moving the slide tray and the transporter into appropriate positions the action will be performed.

·      Handover and takeover of the slide during SCS scan operations are always done with the bay1 of the slide tray!
