3DHISTECH is proud to host an exclusive seminar at this year’s prestigious AACR Congress
This year 3DHISTECH will produce a
special customized Spotlight Theatre discussion at AACR for a limited
number of attendees. The private program will deliver an impressive and
prestigious line up of guest speakers, each preparing a comprehensive
presentation discussing the latest innovations and developments in
cancer research.
The title of the private symposium is
“Molecular digital microscopy for cancer research.”
The program is running on Tuesday, April 8, 12:30 PM -1:30 PM.
The location of the event is on the Exhibit Floor in Hall A.
We are going to learn all the advancements in cancer diagnostics and hear the most engaging cases from the likes of Dr Robert Dunstan, Distinguished Investigator of Translational Pathology Laboratory of Biogen Idec.
His
presentation will discuss the “Changing Anatomic Pathology from a
Descriptive to a Quantitative Discipline: Lessons from Biotechnology”.
Also from the United States, we will welcome Mr Dmitry Yarilin, Senior Research Scientist at the Molecular Cytology Core Facility of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre.
Mr
Yarilin will talk about “Multi-colour immunofluorescence and
3DHISTECH’s slide scanners in terms of data impact for understanding
tumour cells, tumour microenvironment and effect of treatment.”
We are also honoured to have Dr Linea Melchior
on the speaking panel. Dr Melchior is a Molecular Biologist from the
Department of Pathology at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark who
will present her studies of the „Implementation of TMA and
digitalization in routine diagnostics of breast pathology.”
All delegates, visitors and guests are more than welcome to join this private discussion organized by 3DHISTECH and its representatives are also delighted to meet you face to face at its exhibition booth #147 for further exchange during the event. As one of the pioneers in the digital pathology market, 3DHISTECH’s
system and software line up supports faster diagnosis that could lead
to easier healing process by defining the future of pathology
diagnostics. As the European market leader in this field, 3DHISTECH
develops and manufactures high speed digital slide scanners that create
top quality brightfield and fluorescent digital slides, digital
histology software and tissue microarray machinery. 3DHISTECH’s broader
aim is to fully digitalize the traditional pathology workflow so that it
can adapt to the ever growing demands of healthcare today. Furthermore,
educational programs are also organized to help pathologists learn and
master these new technologies easier.
