MIRAX MFM
MFM stands for Multi Fluorescent Module. This is the program that is integrated in MIRAX Viewer enabling all the functions for fluorescent slides that MIRAX Viewer does for non-fluorescent slides.
MIRAX SCAN and MIRAX MIDI are able to scan the slides in 9 different fluorescent channels*. The MFM module of MIRAX Viewer lets you view and change the attributes of every single channel together or separately. You can annotate and view bookmarks, you can set brightness, contrast, etc. real-time, pseudo-colorize them, take screenshots and take quantitative and densitometry measurements of each channel.
* The tenth channel is currently reserved for brightfield.
